OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-time Onsite Service Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, calibration and repair of equipment including but not limited to, respiratory, portable gas instruments, fire equipment, fall protection, eyewash and shower stations, lifting and rigging, test and measurement, fit testing, and other related industrial assets. The combination of these needs varies by customer request and may include all, some or one of the above asset types. You may be based within our customer's facility and may be required to obtain additional certifications and adhere to the customer's site specific safety protocols to operate within their facility. Some travel may be required to complete manufacturer authorized trainings as well as provide services across multiple account locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Maintaining, testing and repairing a variety of industrial assets within the customer's facility
o Verifying equipment functionality by comparison to known standards
o Adjusting or repairing the equipment as necessary to meet industry standards and customer requirements for functionality and accuracy
o Working a flexible schedule to maintain a high level of working assets during peak need periods
o Recording and documenting asset status within a controlled database
o Communicating project status and results
o Providing the customer with a high level of customer service at various locations as needed
o Following all ISO quality procedures
o Following all safety requirements of the job as outlined by both the employer and customers safety guidelines

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Mechanically Inclined
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient computer skills
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented

o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
o Willingness to obtain necessary manufacturer certifications
o Willingness to travel
o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Possess a current TWIC card OR the ability to obtain one
o Possess work experience inspecting, maintaining, calibrating and repairing industrial assets
o Knowledge of EHS guidelines
