OVERVIEW:
Working as Part-time Sales Development Coordinator, you will provide support to our National Accounts, Government, and Industry Specialist sales departments. This team's focus is to support our sales development representatives and other sales teams by conducting research on prospect accounts and key decision makers. You will be responsible for identifying characteristics, locations and needs of prospect accounts and target prospect industries. You will also inform our sales teams with relevant qualified information and content. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Providing customer service to internal stakeholders
o Facilitating sales productivity to reach revenue goals
o Curating extensive web research from avenues such as company annual reports, websites, earnings calls, industry specific journals and news alerts
o Performing organizational research and discovery on prospect accounts
o Utilizing internal systems to identify current relationships with prospect accounts
o Identifying key decision makers within the buying circle, utilizing contact information resources such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
o Maintaining research intelligence within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess or are working towards a degree related to Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field of study OR have customer service/administrative work experience
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Prior work experience in sales development, lead generation or research
