OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-time Quality Project Analyst, you will support supply chain quality activities by coordinating required samples and documentation used for part validation. This role focuses on organization, follow up, and accuracy to help quality projects move forward without delays caused by missing or misaligned materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Requesting, receiving, and routing samples and documentation required for quality validation
o Coordinating sample logistics, including ordering, receiving, labeling, storage, and exit tracking
o Maintaining accurate records within the sample and documentation tracking system
o Setting up and organizing project folders to support quality review activities
o Communicating with vendors and branches to ensure required items are submitted on time
o Identifying missing or incorrect materials and escalating issues as needed
o Supporting supply chain validation workflows by ensuring material readiness
o Following defined work instructions and escalation paths
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Prior administrative or customer service work experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Willingness to travel up to 20% of time
o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Possess a degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
o Experience with administrative coordination, logistics, or document tracking
o Familiarity with supply chain or quality related processes
o Experience working with vendors or internal operations teams

COMPENSATION:
The base pay range for this position is $43,200 - 48,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
