OVERVIEW:
Working as a Benefits Program Administrator in our Human Resources Benefits department, you will support the Benefits department in the administration and ongoing operation of retirement, pension, equity (non-qualified stock options and restricted stock units (RSU’s)), and related benefit programs both domestic and international. This position will report to the Benefits Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Assisting with day-to-day administration of retirement/pension plans for US and international locations
o Providing administrative support for stock options and RSU plans, including grant set up, vesting tracking, exercises and reporting
o Assisting with participant communications and responses to general benefit plan questions
o Assisting in the preparation of communication pieces and coordinating education initiatives
o Assisting with researching international benefits and deploying necessary updates
o Participating in retirement/pension committee meetings
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o 18 years of age or older
o Possess a degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting OR experience in Human Resources with retirement, pension, and/or equity plans
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills
o Demonstrate attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
o Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset
o Work independently as well as in a team environment

o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Prior experience using PeopleSoft HR /Oracle HCM systems

COMPENSATION:
The base pay range for this position is $40,000 - 50,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
