OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-time Business Change Analyst, you will participate in the transformation and implementation of complex change initiatives. Using expertise in change management, you will drive user adoption of processes, technology, strategy, systems and culture changes throughout the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop and execute change management plans and strategies which support the successful execution of change initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Working with Stakeholders, Project Managers and other change drivers to create a plan of action centered around user adoption and maximizing change potential for each change project and initiative
o Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the practice of change management
o Collaborating with business stakeholders, project managers and other key change resources to mitigate risks associated with change efforts
o Assisting Business Architecture practice to identify and mitigate organizational risk
o Developing communication strategies which foster transparency and progress during a change event
o Utilizing change management methodologies and best practices to develop key processes for replicating and propagating change management
o Learning about emerging Change Management best practices and strategies to improve existing practices and drive innovation

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess a degree in Business or a related field OR have 1 year of relevant work experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Willingness to work a flexible schedule
o Willingness to travel
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Possess a Change Management certification such as Prosci ADKAR or CCMP
o Familiarity with various change models including Kotter, ADKAR, Nudge Theory, MicKinsey 7s
o Prior experience with modeling or mapping software (Lucid, Visio, etc.)
o Prior experience in Project Management and Task software (ServiceNOW, JIRA, Confluence, etc)

FULL-TIME BENEFITS:
Fastenal offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees. This package includes Health, Life, Long Term Disability, and Dental Insurance, in addition to, paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and 401(k) with an employer contribution.

COMPENSATION:
The base pay range for this position is $73,000-82,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
