OVERVIEW:
Working as a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will enjoy the opportunity of being responsible for leading a variety of treasury, cash management, banking, forecasting, reporting and compliance activities supporting Fastenal's worldwide operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Developing and training others to achieve goals and to optimize business results
o Supporting and maintaining banking relationships, assisting with banking structure and procedures optimization and resolving operational issues
o Reviewing treasury reporting, reconciliations and close activities
o Leading the development, enhancement and ongoing maintenance of cash forecasting models and processes
o Supporting compliance, controls and audit requirements
o Leading and participating in development projects- planning, testing and implementation
o Performing special projects, analysis and other administrative tasks

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o 18 years of age or older
o Possess a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field
o Possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, research and analytical skills
o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
o Demonstrate strong organizational, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
o Work independently as well as in a team environment
o Demonstrate leadership, collaboration and mentoring capabilities

o Pass the required drug test (applicable in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Possess or working towards Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), CPA, CFA or other relevant professional designation
o Previous experience using PeopleSoft, treasury management systems, banking portals, reporting tools and forecasting applications
o Experience leading process improvement, automation, system implementation or treasury transformation initiatives
o Experience supporting multinational treasury operations and banking structures
o Knowledge of debt administration, cash pooling, liquidity management and foreign exchange management
o Experience supporting SOX compliance, internal audits and treasury control environments

FULL-TIME BENEFITS:

COMPENSATION:
The base pay range for this position is $50,000 - 62,500. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
